About Pie
Restaurant back-office software from Toronto · 16549373 Canada Inc.
Pie runs the back office of an independent restaurant from one place: menus and item availability across Uber Eats, DoorDash, Fantuan, HungryPanda and Clover, store hours and holiday closures, daily sales and payouts, costs and inventory. Every feature runs in a working restaurant before it ships.
Founding team
Chenglong (Roger) Shen — Founder, Director and CEO
Roger owns and runs a group of independent cafés in Toronto. He started building Pie in 2026 to run his own stores across four delivery apps and Clover, and now leads Pie's product, engineering and restaurant onboarding.
Pie is founder-led. Store managers at the cafés Roger runs test each release in daily service before it goes to other restaurants.
